My Actifit Report Card: October 25 2022

I have started using Actifit app to keep track of my daily steps count. I managed to complete the daily goal of 5K steps with ease. I will keep my target steps to 5K for now and gradually increase it to 10K.

Today I completed 5,147 steps mostly by walking around the house.

I will recommend using Actifit app to monitor your daily steps count. You can also earn AFIT tokens for using the app.

Exercise everyday and stay fit and fine.
