Mi informe de Actifit: diciembre 7 2024

Saludos, comunidad de #actifit, el día de hoy vuelvo con un reporte de mi entrenamiento. 💪

Comenzamos con un pequeño circuito en versus contra alguno de nuestros compañeros, yo elegí a mi compañero @hecatonquirox el cual también quería enfrentarse a mí, así que le dimos caña. Fue un buen enfrentamiento, di lo mejor de mí y me llevé la victoria. 😤

Luego culminamos con un superset de Dominadas, bardips y muscle ups, el cual debías realizar acompañado de tú versus. 🙌

Fue una muy buena rutina y de verdad que me dejó superagotado y con mis manos ardiendo por la fricción de la barra. 😢

Greetings, #actifit community, today I return with a report of my training. 💪

We started with a small versus circuit against one of our teammates, I chose my partner @hecatonquirox who also wanted to face me, so we gave it a go. It was a good confrontation, I gave my best and took the victory. 😤

Then we finished with a super set of pull-ups, bardips and muscle ups, which you had to perform accompanied by your versus. 🙌

It was a very good routine and it really left me super exhausted and with my hands burning from the friction of the bar. 🥲
