Mi reporte de Actifict: agosto 6 2024 que
¡Que tal! Comunidad de #Actifit espero que se encuentren bien y contentos, el día de hoy vuelvo a reportarme después de mucho tiempo con un post de lo que fue mi día de entrenamiento junto a mis compañeros y amigos.
El día comenzó chévere la verdad estaba un poco pensativo por algunas cosas, más que todo en lo que iba a realizar para entrenar, no sabía si hacer empuje, tirón, ni nada... estaba completamente en blanco 😂 así que espere que llegarán mis compañeros @hecatonquirox @Markworkout y @lionfit para ver iban a hacer ellos y apegarme a su rutina. 💪
Al final terminamos haciendo un entrenamiento de fuerza enfocado en hombros y haciendo realizando fondos 😁, me siento feliz de poder compartir un entrenamiento con mis amigos de verdad.
Y bueno eso fue todo nos vemos en otro reporte chauu. 💪❤️
PD: La cantidad de pasos que hice fue de camino de mi casa al parque y del parque a mi casa. 😉

Howdy! Community of #Actifit I hope you are well and happy, today I return to report after a long time with a post of what was my training day with my colleagues and friends.
The day started cool the truth was a little thoughtful about some things, mostly in what I was going to do to train, I did not know whether to do push, pull, or anything ... I was completely blank 😂 so I waited for my partners @hecatonquirox @Markworkout and @lionfit to arrive to see what they were going to do and stick to their routine. 💪
In the end we ended up doing a strength workout focused on shoulders and doing doing doing bottoms 😁, I feel happy to be able to share a workout with my friends for real.
And well that was all see you in another report bye bye. 💪❤️
PS: The amount of steps I did was on my way from my house to the park and from the park to my house 😉.
Damn... One more day in this world of social networks...
