Como se encuentran del día de hoy comunidad de #Actifit tengo un gran tiempo sin publicar pero fue por un bien mayor la verdad ya que voy a traer más contenido de calidad al ecosistema de hive sin nada más que decir los dejo con mi breve publicación 🙌🏼.

El día de ayer hice una rutina de empuje a altas horas de la mañana enfocado en pino y la verdad no me había quedado tan satisfecho del todo 😂 así que descanse un poco y me propuse hacer unos 20 muscle ups antes de irme a mi casa ya que es un ejercicio que tenía muy abandonado y en el cual quiero ganar repeticiones y resistencia 💪🏼. Al final de todo llegué a la cifra y me sentí un poco más satisfecho 😂.

No quería alargarme mucho con este reporte ya que es muy fácil de explicar así que espero que les haya gustado y nos vemos la próxima ♥ ️. #Actifit

As you are from today #Actifit community I have a long time without posting but it was for the greater good the truth as I will be bringing more quality content to the hive ecosystem with nothing more to say I leave you with my short post 🙌🏼.

Yesterday I did a push up routine in the wee hours of the morning focused on pino and truth be told I wasn't that satisfied at all 😂 so I rested a bit and set out to do about 20 muscle ups before I went home since it's an exercise I had very neglected and in which I want to gain reps and endurance 💪🏼. At the end of it all I hit the number and felt a little more satisfied 😂.
