¡Hola! Comunidad de actifit el día de hoy vengo con mi reporte diario a traerles unas cuantas fotografías de mi rutinas de básicos el día de hoy 😁.

Tenía un cierto tiempo sin hacer básicos como fondos y dominadas ya que estaba un poco enfocado en otras cosas, pero la verdad fue una buena manera de despejarme y ponerme a hacer cosas nuevas para mejorar como atleta 💪🔥.

Luego de esto trote y le di la vuelta a la Vereda del Lago y con eso culmine mi entrenamiento el dia de hoy. Espero que les haya gustado mi post 😁. ¡Hasta la próxima!

Hi! actifit community today I come with my daily report to bring you a few pictures of my basics routines today 😁.

I had some time without doing basics like bottoms and pull-ups since I was a bit focused on other things, but the truth was a good way to clear my head and get me to do new things to improve as an athlete 💪🔥.
