My Actifit Report Card: October 8 2023
Today saw an increase in her pain, she hadn't slept well last night.
Going to church was out of the question because my mom couldn't walk around because of the incidence of yesterday. Very early, the local orthopaedic came around to our house to massage her with some herbs, the ankle was red and a little bit swollen. I watched as his deft hands worked its way through my mom's ankle and the expertise with which he handled her convinced me she was in very safe hands.
Today passed with me running errands for her. But I still still managed to have some fun.
