My Actifit Report Card: September 29 2023
I got lazy today and for a very good reason. After the incidence I witnessed yesterday, I was in no hurry to go out there. Every body in so much rush and vehicle drivers not careful enough, the situation is disheartening so I decided to stay mostly indoors today because I couldn't afford to have broken bones.
Though by the evening, some friends came around for a chit chat, it was a very lively session and we discussed about almost everything, from the weather to the political situation in my country and how the economy is really biting so hard.
'When men are cast down, thou shalt say there's a lifting up'.
I reaffirmed that things would get better by expounding on this verse of the scripture.
After they left, I decided to go for a short walk.
