Last week we did an Amrap in our box (my garage), which has been with me for a week.
First these exercises for 8 minutes. As often as you can manage.
10 box jumps over
10 Thrusters (barbell without weights)
10 Shoulderpress (barbell without weights)
10 wallballs
and again from the beginning. 8 minutes.
I only managed it twice. I was completely exhausted.
And because it was so nice, right after that, with a 15 minute break,
21 Burpees
21 Airsqats
21 pushups
21 lunges
21 situps
...and then the second round with 15 then all 9 and so on.
It took me 19:32 minutes. I was expecting half an hour.
I berated myself in the middle for doing it. But after that it was great.
I could make myself a Finnisher jersey.
The next day I did a Crossfit workout with friends in my box.
35 seconds power, 20 seconds rest, 8 exercises and the whole thing 3 times in a row.
Why should only I suffer?:))
Oh how nice.
But now it's a new week, and today at 6pm is training again.
I have to prepare for that now.

...und dann die zweite Runde mit 15 dann alles 9 usw.
Dafür habe ich 19:32 Minuten gebraucht. Ich habe mit ner halben Stunde gerechnet.
Habe mich mittendrin selbst beschimpft, warum ich so was mache. Aber danach war es super.
Könnte mir ein Finnisher Trikot machen.
Am nächsten Tag gabs ein Crossfit Training mit Freunden in meiner Box.
35 Sekunden Power, 20 Sekunden Pause, 8 Übungen und das ganze 3 mal nacheinander.
Warum soll nur ich leiden?:))
Ach wie schön.
Aber jetzt ist eine neue Woche, und heute im 18 Uhr ist wieder Training.
Das muss ich jetzt vorbereiten.
