EATING CARBS WILL NOT MAKE YOU THE BIGGEST ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM.

You can not build muscle without your muscles and you can not lose fat without your muscles.

If you dont't get enough carbs you'll lose muscle protein because your muscles need energy and they convert protein to energy through Gluconeogenesis.

Bad Carb sources

White bread and Soft drinks

1 35cl Coke has 39g of Coca-Cola and it accounts for 10% of our 1,600 to 2,000 calorie daily BMR.

BMR is the amount of fat that we on a daily basis

Good sources of carbohydrates burn like firewood (Slow and Steady) while bad sources burn like an atomic bomb (fast and unsteady).

Fitness is something we all must make effort towards on a daily, i really like the comparison you made with bad carbs and atomic bombs, good carbs and firewood.

I think you should check your citing well though, especially the wikipedia, use markdowns to make it brief and more aesthetically appealing.
