Finding My Flow -- Actifit Report Card: October Repost Accident

I felt back in the flow on my way to school Thursday and enjoyed a stellar day with another day back over 12K steps. I was reminded of the spectacular art in my neighborhood as I clocked more steps traversing our city streets. I need to remember my post this week, can't let the streetart crew down.

For the first time in 13 yrs, Shingo Nakamura came to play show in NYC and chose the exclusive side room at my spot -- Elsewhere! The vibe was outstanding for a school night, and the music was incredible. Shingo blended the different tracks over his 3 hour sets while giving them time to breathe. I love that these DJs get extra time to play 2+ hour sets at Elsewhere.

Always spoiled for shows at Elsewhere, look at that select list of acts coming just this month! Well, it's midnight over here and I just arrived for this 3-hour set, so those pics will wait until tomorrow. Until next time...
