My Actifit Report Card: January 7 2025
Finally got myself back to the gym after a long few weeks of slacking. I did enjoy doing nothing these past few weeks, but it definitely caught up with me. I've put on some weight and have been eating far too well these holidays!
I need to aim to stay consistent so I can get back into shape. I mostly worked out my back muscles today and tried not to go too over the top with my exercises. I have to say, my strength for the most part has remained unchanged—minus, perhaps, dumbbell curls. I definitely need to beef my biceps up again so they can get used to the workload.
I really would like to stay consistent and aim to go to the gym the rest of this week. On the plus side, I managed to hit over 15,000 steps, which is great. I always enjoy hitting those little self-set goals. The usual is, of course, 10,000, so anything higher is a nice bonus.
