My Actifit Report Card: March 14 2024
Not as many steps today as i’d have liked but i was taking it somewhat easy and casual, i haven’t been to the gym for a week until today it’s been a very busy period for me probably the busiest in fact as i’ve not gone longer than a few days for well over a year! Quite happy with all the body progression i’ve made and general health wellness since last year, trained back mostly today with some legs sprinkled in, chest tomorrow and hopefully up the cardio aspect a tad !
