Hello, hope everyone is doing well today. Nice productive day for me today, been quite busy getting a lot of work done but prior to that I headed to the gym for the first time in a couple days, whole gym is being rearranged and remodeled, hopefully some new equipment too that'd be lovely! I worked out back today spent about 2 hours on my weight training then headed for a short incline walk try build the calves up even more. Not the greatest amount of steps in today but the gym was half empty in my defence.
