My Actifit Report Card: February 8 2023

Hello friends! Hope you're all doing good and active today!

I clocked in just under 11,000 steps today which is a little bit lower than my recent averages but I felt so exhausted today- I woke up 6am again with minimal sleep I've been struggling recently unsure why, so that's caught up with me when its happening multiple days in a row. Just lacked some energy today, regardless I still headed to the gym it was quite foggy in my part of london and weather was sitting at -3, i have about a 20/30 minute ish walk to the gym and back daily so, extra carido but during winter it’s quite harsh. got straight to working out back muscles today, very tiring and I'm sore all over still from previous days weight lifting.

I then headed to the rowing machine once again, didn't beat my time from yesterday but I was still hovering under 30 minutes so that's a positive, aiming to continuously burn 300 calories each time I come to the gym on-top of my walking and weight lifting.

only downside is I've been eating quite a lot the last few days, not even due to being hungry just because food is going bad and I don't like to waste! 😅 I'm going to head to bed shortly, so I'll catch you all for tomorrows update!
