My Actifit Report Card: July 15 2022
Today we unexpectedly stopped by the Saint-Eustache church. It is magnificent both inside and out. We were going to visit the Louvre. As far as I heard, it is free during the National Holiday, but we were scared of the long queue and decided to try next time.
We walked along the Champs-Élysées, sung by Joe Dassin, from the Place de la Concorde to the Arc de Triomphe. In fact, she looked more impressive in the song. It's just a wide street with luxury shops on both sides. We overslept the events of the national holiday, because they were quite early. We went to Bastille Square.
We visited the Paris National Opera building. It is impressive and breathtaking.
In the evening, when it got dark, we enjoyed the fireworks from the Eiffel Tower near the Louvre.
