My Actifit Report Card: March 25 2025

Hey Actifiters!

It was another beautiful day in Medford. I got up extra early today to get Sasha off to the airport. Then headed home to get ready for the day. It was nice to have a little bit more time to shave shower and do some reading before I headed into work. I still managed to make it in early which was nice. It gave me a great start on the day.

Because my day started so early, took an early lunch break to stretch my legs and get some steps in.

The weather was perfect for it and I was really grateful to be able to be outside and active on such a wonderful day. Spring, summer and fall are certainly beautiful times in the Rogue Valley.

It's fun to see how much is starting to bloom in this early spring. I look forward to temperatures continuing to warm up and seeing the Rogue Valley in full bloom with pear blossoms coming soon. It'll be wonderful to see all the beautiful flowers and enjoy more and more sunshine as we head into summer. I'll just try and take advantage of each day. I can though and enjoy it no matter what the weather is. Not only I can control it anyways 🙂

My walk was wonderful, it was a great break from work and helped me reset a little bit and have some energy to get back on task once I got back to my office. And I carry with me just the beautiful scenery I got to enjoy.
