Hey Actifiters!

Today started out great, I ended up waking up before my alarm which was a bit of a bummer because it was less sleep than I would have liked. However, the upside was that I got a short workout in before getting ready for work. It wasn't very long, but it felt good to lift weights and do some sit-ups and stretches.

The weather today was absolutely gorgeous, temperatures got up into the 60° f range so I couldn't pass up taking a walk. It was nice to get out and stretch my legs. I've definitely spent too long sitting at my desk today.
