Happy Monday Actifiters!

I hope you're all having a great start to your week!

I had a great day today. Mostly the usual stuff at work. The regular reports and research into various inventory issues. Strangely, things seem to have calmed down a little bit. I don't feel like I'm quite as behind with work, so I'm trying to shift some of my attention to longer-term reports and projects.

It was a pretty cold and cloudy day today. It rained a little bit in the morning, but the afternoon wasn't raining so I convinced myself I needed to get out and get some exercise. On these colder days I'm finding it a little bit harder to be motivated to get out and be active. But by afternoon today I realized I had been sitting almost all day. So I figured for the sake of my health I needed to do something about that. Once I got out and walking, even though it was cold, it was really nice to be active. Ant helped boost my energy a little bit and I was able to focus a lot better once I got back to my desk. So there was a double benefit there 🙂

Autumn is such a beautiful time of year as the leaves continue to change colors.
