My Actifit Report Card: November 1 2024

Happy Friday Actifiters!

Today was a rainy day here in the Rogue Valley and the end to another great work week! I didn't let the rain stop me from getting active - instead, I just found a dry place to walk inside one of the buildings with a really long hallway. I did enough laps to clock in 0.75 miles. Hey, is better than nothing :)
