Happy Monday Actifiters!

I hope you all had a great Monday. My day turned out really quite good. It was rainy in the morning and I wasn't sure if I would be able to get any time outside. But in typical Rogue Valley fashion the sun came out in the afternoon. So I took a late lunch break to get outside and enjoy a little bit of fresh air and sunshine and take a walk.

It was nice to get out and get active, especially since I had spent all day at my desk. Desk. It's funny how sitting so much can end up kind of being its own strain or fatigue on my body. Of course, getting moving and getting active often is a key to bringing back some energy and focused. So I was grateful to be able to do that today without the rain 🙂

Part of the pathway was covered. Pretty good with pine needles, I thought it made for a pretty interesting photo
