My Actifit Report Card: October 15 2024

Hey Actifiters!

Today was a bit of an odd Tuesday. Theo was sick last night and Sasha had to work today so I stayed home to take care of Theo. The morning was full of helping make sure Theo was comfortable and cleaning up around the house. It was interesting, definitely different than a usual Tuesday.

The highlight of my day was going for a walk with Eliza. We managed going a little over a mile, but it was a good workout considering all the hills in my neighborhood.

We covered a lot of ground and made it up to the viewpoint as I like to call it. It was the perfect afternoon for a walk and a great view of the valley.

The hillside was also a beautiful view

Another fun thing about the walk was that we saw a lot of deer in the neighborhood.
