Happy Monday Actifiters!

It continues to be a little bit cooler than the average August in Medford. It's still mostly sunny though, so I'm grateful for that. And grateful that the cooler weather means it's a little bit easier to spend some time outside.

I used my afternoon break today to go for a short walk. It wasn't as long as I would have liked, but as I have the habit of saying, every little bit counts. Even though it was short, I did appreciate being able to be outside and be active.
