Hey Actifiters!

Happy Friday! It was a beautiful sunny and cold Fall day in southern Oregon. And I made some time to get out and enjoy a walk today.

With Christmas right around the corner, I'll be working a lot. I'm still going to try and make physical activity a part of most of my days. With things so busy, I'm definitely a lot more stressed. But, I know that physical activity is one of those ways to help reduce stress.

Being out today it was really nice to enjoy The sunshine and the falling leaves. At least half of the trees have lost everything, but there's still a few holding on. The ones holding on right now seem to be yellow which is a pretty color.
