My Actifit Report Card: November 5 2023
Hey Actifiters!
Today was a travel day for me today for work, so I was able to get some good steps in walking from terminal to terminal. There was also a lot of sitting though. I think I had about 5 hours total in a plane today. I suppose maybe more than that when you count time for taxi and waiting for a date. Still, the steps I got I feel like we're pretty good I intentionally did some extra walking during my layover.
