My Actifit Report Card: September 12 2023
Hey Actifiters, what a great day for a walk! I hope all of you were able to be active today in some way.
Between work and home, it seems I spend so much of my time sitting and not being active. I know this is a generalization, which means it isn't true for everyone, but it seems that in today's technology era we do more on electronic devices than previous generations combined. That means our bodies are less active overall.
I appreciate how active fit gives me some motivation to get activity everyday. It's nice to have an extra little nudge and get rewarded in the process :-)
My activity today was pretty simple, I stepped away from my desk at work and walked to the duck ponds. I didn't see much that inspired me photography wise so I focused mainly on the lock. I'm trying to increase my speed and get more steps in the same amount of time. I'm starting to track the activity on my Fitbit, so we will be interesting to see how I'm able to improve as time goes on.
