Looks tasty! It was chicken day here as well, but it was via chicken fajita with homemade guacamole and homemade salsa! Tasty!
Between guacamole and salsa, I would choose guacasalsa :)) These two should never be separated!
In the end, they're not as I put the guac on top of the salsa. I like layers, lol! It was extremely tasty! Take care!
