I'm not too sure about tripe soup, (I've never had any) but the rest I could go for. Enjoy!

The tripe is cleaned in such a way that it has no smell or taste, it's more about the texture and the ingredients fo the soup. But for those who are not fond of tripe, romanians have "invented" a soup that basically has the exact same ingredients except that instead of tripe they use chicken. :))
