That part is very nice! I think all towns have a 'messy' part. The town of Everson really looks mostly forgotten. There are flowers planted which are nice, but a lot of the buildings are vacant. It does have a major artery going through it; a truck route to Canada, so the traffic through the town is often amazing.

In this case, it's a bit the other way around, I'd say it's mostly messy with just a few better nicer parts. :))
