This is called the Firefighters' Tower. There were no firefighters there, but it got this name because fires used to be spotted from here. It was one of the highest points and easily accessible in the town center before some taller buildings were built. It has a special place in my head because when I was around 16-18, that part of the building was not in use by anyone and also not guarded at night. For me and some of my friends, it was the "secret special place" to impress the girls. I can tell you that the girlfriends were in awe when we would show them the town at night seen from above. :))
