Yes, guess who's back, back with a vengeance? This is a reminder that the name of the month is still April and not July, or even May. Temps were way too high for this period of the year, in town it's cold and wet but higher up in the mountains the snow came back, even if it'll be for a short while.

Not entirely true :))) Because yesterday I played outside with him while it was raining, when we got home he was as wet as when we were swimming. :))

Springtime is like the earth has growing pains! It can be cold, hot, warm, rainy, snowy and cool, sometimes within the same day. And the precipitation-well I've seen rain, corn snow, hail and snow all in one afternoon before. It's crazy and mixed up for sure!

Hopefully, the areas that have been too hot for so early, will mellow and the snow will eventually melt. Then maybe spring can continue on.

When it gets too hot for a few days, people forget that its still the month of April. I think almost every year between 10th and 20th day of April a round of cold/wet and many times frosty weather has to happen, in this part of the country at least.

I hear you! I've seen folks around here in shorts, tank tops and sandals and it was barely 60 degrees! We had long pants, a jacket and hiking boots on. I figure they stand a much better chance of getting sick from too little on too soon.

This strange weather too shall pass. Take care!
