Lol as you said! That's Romanian pickled grated cabbage with some carrots and some condiments. NO sugar and NO vinegar. If you add some gochugaru or paprika it wouldn't be too far from Kimchi, but this is local, with nothing to do with Asia. Search for images with the term "varza murata cu morcov" and you'll get a better idea.
I wonder what it tastes like~?^^
Imagine Kimchi made from cabbage and carrots but without the chili or pepper powder I guess, or to put it more simple, its just some pickled cabbage :))
