I remember the rowing exercise! We had that in middle school, I loved P.E party because of it😆

Yeah, the same, that was the first exercise I did because I remembered it from the middle school too. The competitive spirit of measurable effort and the whole body engaged, yeah!

You haven’t trained rowing for real? There’s a lake near me and they have a rowing club. It’s so nice to see them zoom on the water lol
