My Actifit Report Card: October 8 2024
I didn’t eat the cupcakes but I do love how quirky they are! In fact the cupcakes are always fun to check out no matter what time of year.
I am working towards 15k steps at least 5 days a week by December. There will be a few adjustments, walking to work and back will cover 9K, now to create the habit. Added push-ups this morning but beginner baby one standing ad pushing off the wall. My upper strength is shit so I will work it from there until I am on the ground. Baby steps!
Bit of a challenging day today. I am grateful I get to ponder and reflect on these moments even though they all piled up quite quickly one after another.
Grateful for walks with the family and doodling.
