My Actifit Report Card: March 29 2022
To be fit and healthy, you need to be physically active. I had a great time walking in my campus today. I do it regularly. I did 7km of walking in total, and I feel my fitness improves day by day.
Walking is a healthy, low-impact exercise that can be enjoyed.
