Today I am resting, after yesterday's exhausting service.

Today I only hit my minimum of 10,000 with a slice.

I did it without any problem as I have over 7,000 steps from work to home. So that alone gives me a lot up to my minimum.

My beloved children were waiting for me in the house, as always happy with their father's return home.

And it was time to rest, at least I wanted to, but my darling kids wanted to play and spend time together, so there was some rest and the rest of the time playing with them.

And exhausted I ended up in a bed.

Dzień wolny

Dzisiaj odpoczywam , po wczorajszym dniu na służbie bardzo wyczerpującym.

Dzisiaj osiągnąłem tylko swoje minimum 10000 z kawałkiem.

Zrobiłem to bez żadnego problemu, ponieważ mam ponad 7000 kroków od pracy do domu. Więc samo to dużo już mi daje do mojego minimum.

W domku czekały już na mnie moje kochane dzieciaczki, jak zawsze radosne z powrotu tatusia do domu.

I nadszedł czas na odpoczynek, przynajmniej tak chciałem, ale moje kochane dzieciaczki chciały się pobawić i spędzić razem czas więc, było trochę odpoczynku , a reszta czasu zabawa z nimi.

I wykończony skończyłem na łużku.
