건강은 몸이 아프지 않을 때부터 관리해야 한다. 통증이니 증상이 생긴 후에는 늦을 수 있다. 지금도 늦지 않았다. 소식하고 운동하며 스트레스를 풀어 주자. 그러면 몸상태는 유지되거나 더 나아질 것이다. 매일 점심 식사 후에 운동한다. 저녁은 주말에는 못할 때가 가끔 있다. 가능한 식후마다 20분 이상 운동하는 게 좋다. 알고만 있으면 안된다. 실행해야 한다. 몸을 움직여야 한다. 이 점을 늘 명심하자.
