점심, 저녁 운동을 하고, 밤에 집으로 돌아온 후에는 피곤함을 느낀다. 이거는 일찍 자는게 좋다는 신호라고 생각한다. 어떤 날에는 책상에 엎드린채 잠들기도 한다. 너무 피곤하기 때문린 것 같다. 잠은 침대 위에서 편하게 자야 한다. 그래야 피로가 풀린다.
