2년 이싱 걷기 운동을 하고 있다. 몸이 약간 좋어진 거 같지만, 근본적으로 나아진 거 같진 않다. 하체를 중심으로 근육을 키워야 한다고 상각한다. 당분간 점심시간에 걷기 운동 후 사무실까지 계단으로 걸어 올라가기를 할 예정이다. 이게 나에게 변화를 줄 것이다.
