매일매일 꾸준히 걷고 있다. 허리와 다리의 근육을 단련하는 운동도 하고 있다. 유산소 운동도 중요하지만, 근육을 만들어 대사량을 늘리는 것이 지금의 내게는 더 중요하다. M2E도 좋지만, 내게는 빌드업도 중요함을 명심하자.

그리고 바깥 운동을 하며 볼 수 있는 풍경도 마음껏 누리기. 바깥 운동이 즐거운 이유 중 하나이다.
