적게 먹는 것을 고려해 보았으나, 간식을 많이 먹을 수 있다는 위험이 있다. 그렇다고 굶는 것도 쉽지 않다. 고민 끝에 삼시 세끼는 제시간에 충분히 먹기로 했다. 나머지 시간들을 조심하자. 먹는 유혹을 특히 조심해야 한다.
