매일 매일 운동하고 있다. 귀찮다는 생각도 있었지만, 매일 해야 내 건강을 지킬 수 있지 않은가? 다행히 최근 몇달 동안 운동을 안히고 쉬는 날은 없다. 가장 큰 변수는 몸이 아프거나 다치는 것인데, 다행히 그런 문제는 아직까지 없다. 운동도 중요하지만 아프지 않도록 몸의 상태를 자주 확인해야 한다.
