건강 관리에서 운동 못지 않게 중요한 것은 식단. 때로는 고기보다 채소 위주로 먹는게 좋다. 나는 위 사진처럼 닭고기가 있는 샐러드를 주로 선호한다. 2~3일에 1번씩은 그걸 먹고 있다. 앞으로는 하루에 1번씩 먹는 것도 고려하고 있다.
