Good for you and good for your heart, all this running @steevc and some fancy tech on your arm there. I walk daily and for a short time tried some app on my phone hubby told me about as it tracks your walk, speed all that , but t always failed for me. Tech does not respond well to me haha, so I just leave my phone at home. I can't imagine what this watch would do on me haha .
