Recovery is a long road!

After working out consistently throughout the start of 2025 this last week I threw out my back and have been in bed all week.

I was taking off my sock sunday night and felt something slip. It got worse for the next 24 hours until I was stuck in bed most of the day.

sounds pathetic to hurt your back taking off your sock. I need to come up with a better story.

I am working with a physical therapist to try and get some relief. I really want to get back to working out and hiking.

I have had back issues in the past but those have always been different. this is the most intense I have ever had.

I hate being in pain. Never fun.

It does make you more grateful for the pain free days though.
