My Actifit Report Card: January 27 2025
Look at that lineup for the pharmacy drive-through. I’ve had to go to the store twice the last two days to pick up some supplies for dinner. Yes I am lacking. Planning my dinners and have to go to the store multiple times. But I’m always shocked at how busy the drive-through pharmacy is. There is a lot of medication flying out of that place.
One of the reasons why I want to keep working out and stay healthy. I don’t want to be reliant on medication. Forever grateful for medication that helps those that are sick. I just don’t wanna be one that stuck on it.
That being said, I didn’t even get my workout in today. All my steps are just from coaching little league basketball. We’ve had a rough couple games recently. Tonight we worked on defense and boxing out. I hope they can step it up and we can win on Saturday.
