My Actifit Report Card: January 26 2025

Today most of my day was spent in the hospital. So I didn’t get too many steps in. Luckily everything turned out OK with my wife. She had a little scare with shortness of breath and sore left arm.

They’re still gonna walk her over the next week and see how it goes. It’s never fun to end up on the ER table on a Sunday afternoon.

On a different football note, the Chiefs advance again. I can’t believe it.
