My Actifit Report Card: November 8 2022

Hello dear friends!

I woke up at 10am already because I sleep late last night. Prior to that I woke up at 5am to help my son prepare for school. Then after they left I went. back to sleep. As soon as I woke up at 10 am, my classmate called me. So i was able to do my daily routine while we were on a call. I also helped my youngest prepare for school. Then our call lasted for 4hours. It ended up at 2pm. I went downstairs to eat breakfast and lunch because that was my first meal of the day. Not even coffee. I was hungry while we were talking but I was too shy to tell her. I just waited. And then at 3 pm, I was preparing to go to work. I leave the house at 4pm. When I arrived home at past 6pm, we eat dinner. Then I helped my sons to do their assignments in school. I went upstair after that. I rest for a while and did some laundry after. So the only chore I did was just the laundry. Other activity counts comes from daily routines and from going to and from work.
