Alex Eala rises 13th in juniors' world rankings

Pinay tennis player Alex Eala climbed to the top 13 in the World Tennis Federation's (ITF) Juniors' World Tennis rankings.

Eala climbed to the top 13 from rank 26 after earning a silver medal at the World Super Juniors Tennis Championship -Osaka Mayor’s Cup in Japan this past October 14 to 20.

Eala finished in the 26th spot after earning a silver medal finish at the ITF Junior Grade A Tournament in Cape Town, South Africa last month.

Eala, a Rafael Nadal Academy Scholar, made a noise after joining the US Open Junior's Tournament where he entered the second round of the tournament.

Eala targets the SEA games gold medal now that the Philippines is the host of the SEA games starting November 30.
