14000 steps and 1200kcal deficit

Hello friends,

so slowly I think that calorie counting with Fitbit is calculated quite nicely. But maybe I just want to have faster than it goes.
At the end of the month I hope to finally get under 80 kilos. It's frustrating to see my daily rice.

so langsam glaube ich, dass die Kalorienzählerei mit Fitbit ziemlich schön gerechnet wird. Aber vielleicht will ich nur schneller haben als es geht.
Ende des Monats hoffe ich endlich unter 80 Kilo zu kommen. Es ist frustrierend meinen täglichen Reis zu sehen.
