My Actifit Report Card: November 9 2021

One day is cold, windy and rainy and then there are days like this, sunny, warm , inviting.
Here are a few pictures from my walk and a few moving pictures to go with it.
I hope I was able to capture some of the fun I had doing it.

Ein Tag ist kalt, windig und regnerisch und dann gibt es Tage wie dieser, sonnig, warm , einladend.
Hier ein paar Bilder von meinem Spaziergang und ein paar bewegte Bilder dazu.
Ich hoffe, ich konnte etwas von meinem Spaß dabei einfangen.

Now I only use royalty-free music for the clips, but it still gets muted here and there. There must be a way that music is also usable.

Nun benutze ich für die Clips ausschließlich gemafreie Musik, aber hier und da wird es trotzdem stumm geschaltet. Es muss doch eine Möglichkeit geben, das Musik auch verwendbar ist.

I usually go for another round around the block at night to remind my knees to move after 6 hours at my desk. And while I'm at it, I try my hand at after shots with my Redmi9Pro.

Ich gehe nachts meist noch eine Runde um den Block, um meine Knie nach 6 Stunden Schreibtisch wieder an Bewegung zu erinnern. Und dabei versuche ich mich an Nachaufnahmen mit meinem Redmi9Pro.
